The SARES matrix from SpartaPay is a small-footprint authentication and data management system, suitable for smartcard and mobile applications, which dynamically updates all the participants' information about any participant event and provides an interoperable, cost-effective solution to local authorities ID requirements in conjunction with PIN, biometric access or e-tokens.
