The SpartaTex messaging service is a low-cost messaging system for use with the SpartaPay service. Combining instant event-based push notification on email or wireless messages with a low cost channel, the SpartaTex system has a wide range of applications within the SpartaPay service range, including Transaction authorisation, Payment notifications for E-Procurement, Export and trade and Inter-User messaging for trade requests and contract agreements.
